Norwegian Language Training for Employees at Beslag Grossisten AS – Strengthening Workplace Communication and Integration

Beslag Grossisten AS is a key supplier of fittings, fasteners, and related products to the construction and manufacturing industries in Norway. With a diverse workforce and a strong commitment to effective internal communication and employee development, the company saw the need to improve Norwegian language skills among its international staff. To support this goal, NLS Norwegian Language School provided tailored Norwegian language courses to employees at Beslag Grossisten AS.

The training was designed to help employees strengthen their everyday communication skills in Norwegian, both for use on the job and in social settings. The courses focused on building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing, with practical language tailored to workplace situations such as warehouse instructions, safety procedures, internal meetings, email communication, and customer service.

Special emphasis was placed on vocabulary related to logistics, inventory, tools, customer dialogue, and team collaboration—ensuring that employees could better understand and participate in the daily operations of the company. Cultural aspects of communication and workplace expectations in Norway were also included to support smoother integration and cooperation across teams.
